What do you do if you have a land speed above 30 feet and wear full plate? For example, if I was playing a mercury dragon and was a binder binding Savnok, what would my land speed be?

DMG pg. 20 has land speeds for creatures wearing armor up to 100. You can extrapolate it to 2/3rds of base speed, rounded up to the nearest increment of five.
