A Martial Script from Tome of Battle is a magic item.
Once you read it, you gain the ability to use a single martial maneuver recorded on it for one encounter.

My question is: If you read and use Martial Script and, before the end of the encounter, enter an Antimagic Field, do you still have access to the maneuver? This would be barring any of the supernatural effects created by the maneuver.

Although you wouldn't be able to activate the Martial Script within an Antimagic Field, there's no reason to suggest you wouldn't still have the maneuver available upon entering one, unless the maneuver itself is a supernatural ability. The effect is not one which can be dispelled and is very similar to having a spell prepared. Although a Wizard cannot cast a spell in an Antimagic Field, the Wizard does not lose a spell prepared and is still capable of attempting to cast it.

The effect is not explicitly magical once the item has been discharged, so nothing in RAW says that you wouldn't be able to use the maneuver.

Yes. The script is not needed to exist continually for the character in question to have access to the maneuver. In fact, it disappears once used. As long as the character didn't try to activate while inside of an anti-magic field, it's fine.

Most magical item effects are not explicitly magical once the item has been discharged... because it's kinda implied by the magic item that's been used that it produces a magic effect. The general rule of magical items is that they produce magical effects, and unless those effects are instantaneous in nature, they would be suppressed by an antimagic field. The fact that it cant be dispelled is also not a reasonable argument, because supernatural effects can't be dispelled either, but are suppressed in an AMF.
