Does anyone know if there is some kind of master list of official 3.X monsters that is sortable or searchable by environment or terrain?

I think if you just google "dnd monster finder" the first result should be this (http://monsterfinder.dndrunde.de/). It doesn't give you their stat blocks (because that would be against copyright), but it does tell you where you can find them in the books.
