If you have a +3 shield and you used that part of the feat that adds you shield bonus to Dex save do you get the +3 on top as well? I'm AFB.

Yes. If that didn't count, it would have just said "+2" rather than "your shield bonus", or however they'd worded it.

The plus is part of the shield bonus, so yes.

Tanks want magic plate. Shield masters want magic shields.
