So, something that has been floating around in my universe for quite a bit of time has been these Seven Suits, as I call them. They're like Seven Wonders, except existing beings that are kinda demi-god level.
In suits.
Unfortunately though I find myself somewhat starved for ideas. So far I have three, one of which the party has already met. He's nicknamed the Jester, and he specialises in thrown weapons and luck based effects. I'm considering making high rolls completely irrelevant for him, as his AC will adjust depending on his own rolls and who he's fighting, though to be honest this could be done through making him ethereal, I think. He's also the holder of the Deck of Many Things.
The second one, someone the party hasn't met yet, is based on our favorite spiky-haired lawyer Phoenix Wright, and his charisma score is as high as the heavens. If the party were to ever fight him, part of the difficulty would probably be them even wanting to fight him due to his insane bluff (around +110 last time I checked), but if they did manage to, Phoenix would primarily work with verbal attacks, I think.
The third one is based on Gaster from Undertale, and can cause insanity merely by observing him. (Will save is fairly high, mid-20s I think, but I don't intend for the party to see this guy for a long time anyway) If and when the party finds themselves in a situation where they would fight him, he'd use time stop with delayed high-level spells so that multiple casts would go off at once, essentially nuking the party as his opening attack and then attacking "normally" for the duration. All the while, the world around them would be warping and shaping, and it would be constant difficult terrain.
However, that's all that I have so far. Anyone got any ideas for other things I could do? Based on games or other such things, maybe?
