So, last night, I pretty much blue-screen of death'ed the entire table, DM included, with a terrible, terrible elaborate improvised song parody.

Our DM had us fighting a shambling mound, which had absorbed the druid in tiger-form. My paladin had a grip on a hindleg and was attempting to pull them free, while the gnome rogue was assisting me. The goliath barbarian had swung, but lost control of his axe and fallen prone, but was back on their feet with a dagger.

And then it came to my turn.

"It's the.. thigh of the tiger
There's a gnome to my right
Goliath's up
And he's ready with a kni-iiiiiife"

EVERYONE WAS STUNNED FOR A ROUND. Not the characters though. The people.

I won/lost forever in that moment.

What's your moment of glorious breakdown?

I think the first time my DM sent us into a cheese pantry during a delve that we stood had an awkward moment of silence.

Now it's a running gag, and we love it.
