Pathfinder - causing damage to yourself

I am trying to create a pathfinder character based on hidan. He will curse a target then start hitting himself for maximum damage.
I thought about using share pain (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/s/share-pain), but I have found no reasonable way to hurt yourself.
Any thoughts?

Tell your DM you're going to stab yourself with a dagger or something and do it. Is that part actually an issue?

Then enchant your weapon with Vicious and try not to accidentally kill yourself with it, for maximum self-mutilation.

I want to be doing somewhere around 100 damage to myself. Not 1d4.
I also want to be able to "transfer" the damage to my cursed target.

I figured you had already figured out how to transfer your damage to someone, because hurting yourself is the easy part.

You could try casting Shield Other on a hostile. If they get hurt, so do you. If you get hurt, so do they. Move too far away from each other and the spell is broken.

Then, pick your poison as far as damage dealing. Full attack yourself. Cast something really nasty like Destruction, or Horrid Wilting on yourself.

Combine with Sadomasochism (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/sadomasochism) for maximum pain if they try to attack you before knowing what's up.

Best used in conjunction with something that stops them from moving, like Chains of Light or Black Tentacles or Shadow Trap for max thematics.

The detonate spell can do decent damage to yourself and things around you.
