The Collision Psionic Special Ability looks great, but does it multiply on critical hits? At first I assumed that no weapon abilities do unless specifically stated, but it seemed logically like it would, and I've seen some people say that set damage amounts DO multiply, but added dice do not.

And if it does, does that make it as good for Cavaliers as it sounds? Because using a lance in mounted combat means multiplying damage a lot, and lances do x3 on crits, and Cavaliers multiply even more on Deadly/Unstoppable Charges. And does the spell Rhino's Rush work on mounted attacks?

Static, in contrast to variable (+1d6), damage is multiplied by the critical multiplier.
Weapon dice are the only dice increased by the critical multiplier (although they get additional rolls rather than be multiplied).

Remember the higher critical multipliers usually come with much lower chance of getting a critical. You might not want to plan around your hits being critical.
