is there a complete list of flaws available in 3.5?

my brain hurts from RL drama, and I can't think right now.

You can find them in UA. There's also some in a dragon magazine (Edit: #330?)

There's a list of the dragon ones over here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=13177033&postcount=6). Don't know if it gets all of them, but it's definitely most of them, once you add the UA ones. As is mentioned in the overall thread, the classes and stuff listed are the intended recipients for the flaws, but not necessarily the only ones that can use them.
