Intelligent items vs. Disjunction & revive construct effects

Question shorted down to a few words: Does Disjunction affect Intelligent items of any kind (be they epic or nonepic, as both are considered to be construct-type creatures ... and constructs should be, by definition, self-supporting once their creation process has been finished, so their magic cannot be disspelled) and if so, in what way are they affexted by it?

Further down the line ... can they be revived (even if it might require extensive and/or expansive means like Wish or Miracle or True Rescurrection)?

It would be helpful if someone could clear this up.
