Could familiar be used to control udead army?

There are ways to grant a familiar spellcasting ability. Could it be used to make familiar cast control undead / animate dead and count his HD for number of undead into control?

Depends on the control pool you are using.
If the Familiar is casting Animate Dead, then their caster level is what matters.
If the Familiar is casting Command Undead, then their caster level & their casts per day are what matters.
