I'd like to ask the collective knowledge for classes which can do minionmancy but also have a dedicate "soulmate".
I know of Druid and Witch.

Animal like monsters are preferred.

Summoner, although you can't have your eidolon out and summon monster at the same time.

In a similar vein to the druid, the hunter gets summon nature's ally as a bonus spell every time it hits a new spell level, and has a companion. Shamans also have access to SNA and a familiar. Rangers get SNA and an animal companion at 4th level, but only have 4 levels of spellcasting.

An antipaladin can cast Summon Monster and has a fiendish bond that can be an animal/mount, but again only has 4 levels of casting.

A cleric with the animal domain gains an animal companion at level 4, and make good summoners, particularly with the sacred summons feat. An oracle can also get an animal companion through several mysteries and learn summon monster.

A duettist bard gets a familiar and can know up to summon monster VI.

An inquisitor with the monster tactician archetype gains the ability to summon monsters similar to a summoner. To get an animal companion, they can take the animal domain or the chivalry inquisition.

A wizard can have a familiar and summon monsters, probably wanting to specialize in the conjuration school to increase the duration of the summon monster.

A sorcerer with the arcane bloodline also gets a familiar(or abberrant with a tumor familiar) and can summon monsters.

A preservationist alchemist gets Summon Nature's ally as extracts at various levels, and can take the tumor familiar discovery to get a familiar.

To add to Geddy's list:

1) A sorcerer with a bloodline familiar can get one without being Arcane by giving up their 1st-level power.

2) An Arcanist can get a familiar either via an exploit, bloodline, or the Unlettered Arcanist archetype (grants a Witch familiar and the Witch spell list.)

3) A magus can pick up a familiar and various summon spells using arcana, but this is suboptimal.

4) Nearly anyone can get a familiar via Familiar Bond, or an animal companion via Animal Ally + Boon Companion.

5) Nearly anyone can get either of the above using variant multiclassing (trade half your feats for restricted class features.)

6) A bloodrager can pick up limited summons via archetype, plus a familiar as well, though this too is suboptimal.
