if i have a cleric variant multiclassing sorcerer can i choose the sage wildbloodline to get intelligence as casting stat?

Firstly, mutated bloodlines are a feature of Wildblooded archetype for Sorcerer, and technically they are not eligible for being chosen via VMC.
Secondly, even if the restriction is waived, using Intelligence instead of Charisma is Sage's Bloodline Arcana. VMC only gives Bloodline Powers and bonus feat, so it would not apply.
