Create Wand and "Specialized" spells

Hi, first of all, i want to thank anyone who takes the time to read my question.
okay, I was wondering if any class skills you receive effect the spell of the wand you make.
EX: Character-Wiz6\Force Missile Mage1(this is the min level combo i can think of)
Special: Bonus Missile, When casting Magic Missile You get a bonus missile per casting.
would i be able to use the Bonus missile in my Craft wand, and if so, would i just count it as 2 levels higher when i craft the wand as a level 7 caster instead of level 5?

For the most part, no, the wand casts the spell and the wand has no class features. This is why wands have their own caster levels, etc.
