I had posted this in 3.5 but not sure if that or this is the right place to be. I am still getting acclimated to the site,so please forgive me.
I have a Gnome Artificer that is using a build close to the one found here:Gnome Artificer Prestige Class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?252122-D-amp-D-3-5-Faerun-Gnome-Artificer-Prestige-Class-Rebuild)
I have been able to create a device power that will twin a fire ball for two 10d6 fireballs.
Will I be able to use the Integrated Equipment Device Modifier to add this to a weapon, if so:
1. Will the twin fireball be considered part of the weapon damage now? and if so
will the damage only affect the enemy struck or will it generate double fireballs upon impact that will cover the normal area of a fireball?
I am not worried about being in the fireball (let's assume all measures have been taken to ward against the attack) I just want to focus on the primary question above.
