Are there any good prestige classes for a grave walker witch? Agent of the grave looks ok but I would be missing out on hexes. Is there some witch focused prestige classes that I'm unaware of?

Would the prestige class Winter Witch fit your concept?

Not really. Winter witch requires you to take the winter witch archetype, which does not stack with gravewalker.

You can take evangelist, as it will count as witch levels for hexes, familiar, and spells after your first evangelist level. There are no hex based boons except Urgathoa, but hers are terrible. The class itself has some interesting options depending on the deity though.

Agent of the grave is okay, but it is somewhat charisma based and does not add all that much. I suppose you get some mileage out of double levels for undead you can control, but to me the big sell is being able to affect undead with mind affecting spells. You can take two ranks in dirge bard to get a similar power, or just a single dip into the undead bloodline of sorcerers.

For more undead commanding, take the undead master feat.

Or just take Threnodic Spell (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/metamagic-feats/threnodic-spell-metamagic) (or buy rods (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/rods/metamagic-rods/metamagic-rod-threnodic) of same.)

I disagree with Urgathoa's boons being bad - the Obedience increases your CL, Death Knowledge can add a useful spell to your list, and the curse water SLA actually gives you unlimited gold. The blight hex one is weak but you can just not take that hex and end up with Mass Fester instead, which if nothing else is a no-save-just-suck against regenerating foes.

You are right-I should clarify that the hex ability boost from Urgathoa's boons is bad, and even getting mass fester once a day is not great, but otherwise she is a solid choice for an evangelist.
