What backgrounds/classes give proficiency in Poisoner and Alchemist tools?

Title says it all. So far I have Guild Artisan for either or, and Thieves going Assassin for Poisoners. However, is there anyway to have both besides that, or should I just discuss with a DM for more custom options?

None of the existing backgrounds alone give you both of those choices. You can pick up poisoner's tools from assassin (as you noted), and alchemist tools if you start as a Monk or as a Battlemaster. Or go with a customized background.
