how do these to feats interact. I mean if A Ally is shot with a cross bow can I Move up and Block the attack?
I'm just curious if it combat patrol would be worth it to me. I A level 16 fighter using a Fauchard.

They don't interact at all. Combat patrol increases your threatened range, while cut from the air references targets adjacent to you.

It WOULD allow him to move if the archer was threatened and didn't realize it, get his attack of opportunity and try to position himself where he could use the other feat on the attack that triggered the aoo.
