So, for a while now, I've wanted to make a specific character, but I just don't know how to build it. I want a character who's basically a Robocop/Judge Dredd mix, but I don't know how to make that work. Thus, I'd like to ask you all to help.
Rules:
Race must be Warforged.
Alignment must be Lawful Neutral.
Must have the Adamantine Body feat.
Must fit the general theme of a law enforcement officer.
No gestalt.
No Tome of Battle because I don't like it.
No Incarnum because I haven't read it.
Everything else is on the table.
