Hey, I don't know why the whole10 posts before you can put links on this website is a rule, but I feel that it is hindering a game I am trying to join. Can the reasoning for this rule please be explained to me?

Because spam bots were constantly joining to post spam links, before it was established.

Some of them still try, but the rate of spam posts is lower now.

If you find half a dozen or so discussions which interest you, you'll have ten posts in no time.

If you find even 2 discussions that interest you, ten posts takes less than a week. If anybody ever wants suggestions, asking in the "welcome new members thread" is probably a suitable place.

Until you have reached 10 posts, please "break" your links in some way so that others can copy, paste, and fix.
