DSP Solicit Psicrystal shenanigans

Solicit Psicrystal and Telekinetic Maneuver. Obviously the psicrystal takes over concentration. But, then what? Does it hang onto the power until you take it back to use it again? Can you use the power while it is concentrating on it? If so, what action does that take?

Any other shenanigans combos besides SP/Vigor?
