According to the D&D Twitter, yeah. I'm guessing Mystic or implementing feedback for the previous articles.

My money's on detailed rules for ropes & pulleys, and a new encumbrance system that subdivides your total carry weight into what you can carry on what particular parts of your body, like x pounds on your back, y in each arm, z in a fanny pack, etc.

I also think it's gonna be the mystic. I hope that, if it is, they move the armor proficiencies to subclasses. Medium armor and shields are absolutely -not- standard psion fantasy.

Call me optimistic, but I like to believe that now all the obligatory supplements for existing classes are out of the way, the UA staff will finally be free to work on the really critical stuff we've been asking for from day one, because it's really kind of shameful that we're this far into 5th edition and still don't have robust, round-by-round systems in place to handle common adventuring scenarios like lifting a baby grand piano to a wealthy patron's third floor apartment.

Oh right...Place your bets.....I will put money on a finished mystic as well

While avoiding the baker carrying a big tray full of cream pies.

EDIT: I'm not saying I'm against mass combat rules, but guys, c'mon. Mystic. You're killing me here!

Incarnum seemed really cool, but I never really understood it or saw it in action.

Meh. I understand the need for this system, but it's very much not my thing.

I'm very much pro mass-combat rules, but I don't think these are in the same book, let alone on the same page as what I want out of mass combat in a tabletop RPG. The complexity & crunchyness of it does not really feel like it jives with 5E. Woulda much preferred they didn't try to involve a battlemap at all.

Mass Combat it is. Not what anyone was hoping for I think.

Just because its Mass Combat, PLEASE don't forget to fill out the feedback survey for Warlock & Wizard!

And if you didn't like Lore Wizard, don't just say "its broken OP". Say WHY its OP. Say that you think it metaphorically pants' the Sorcerer and embarrasses it.

Give constructive feedback that they can work with so that it can be reworked properly.

So I initially was unimpressed by the idea of another mass combat UA, but after reading through it I think it's actually worth using in niche situations. I might even use them myself when my current campaign progresses to a point at which they can face a certain group of enemies, and it'll probably be an interesting session.
