Recruiting listeners!

For 20 years the DM of this podcast has been running a very homebrew heavy 2nd edition game. However, children were had and 1 one them is now old enough to play the game. So, this podcast is said kid learning to play D and D with the DM's cast of friends. We invite you to listen, and perhaps one day, if we get popular enough someone of you might join in. This is a Free podcast that we do not ask you to give us money, but we do sponsor those trying to do good work.

The difference with this Podcast verse others is that we are not celebrities or well known figures in any community. We are the average joe blow like most of you. We have just learned about Podcasting ourselves and what technologies are being used for gaming. So, we are still old school...Skyping in all players, using real dice for the listeners. If you really want to join the skype call you can, but if you do it will have to remain quite. For those watching we us an old hand drawn grid map and dice for players and enemies on the map

The character builds are core 2nd edition, Thac0, and saves...with 3.5 an on Class skills added in, feats and race abilities from later editions. We are attempting to merge all the editions made so far into something new and exciting for all you to listen to. We have found a user here in Giant in the Play ground (Jiriku) who is letting us use some of his homebrew creations. We are looking for more stuff to add to the podcast that is created right here in the community. You can send thoughts and ideas to Mysteryfantasydungeon9k@gmail or give us a listen at mfd9k.libsyn.com

Thank you! we plan on posting new episodes here bi-weekly
