Not in 5e forum. And not in 3.5e either...Nature Bond is Pathfinder ability. There are no "level -4 companions" in Pathfinder, but a list of available animal companions, which may get better at 4th or 7th level. You're mixing two different editions.

Natural bond was a feat in 3.5 that raised your effective level for ability to attract animal companions.

And the answer to the question is no as the feat specifies that it cannot raise your effective level above your character level so even with the feat the druid is still treated as a level 1 druid.
