Unearth arcana

Hi. Been out of loop for maybe a year or 2. I heard of a new unearth arcana but can't seem to find anything on it. No stores in my area. Anyone tell me if it's out yet and what's in it. I can't find it on eBay and a few YouTube dont explain

Just do a quick google of the DnD 5e UA. Its going to be on the WotC site. Its not a book as it is released articles.

Unearthed Arcana is the new term in 5E for 'playtest material' which is released through articles via the official WOTC site.

Alternatively, there's a user on reddit who compiles the UA articles into a PHB-style document.

Keeps it regularly updated, and they've recently started compiling it into "volumes," so that you don't have to reprint the entire thing whenever there's new content. Can't post a link yet, so this is the best I can do:
