Volo's talks about how kobolds are sometimes hired to dig sewage tunnels under cities & if they are treated well might build permanent settlements. I had mentioned it to a GM I'm playing with and he compared it to some city that did that in the official stuff, but I can't recall it. Can anyone name any cities that WotC has officially said have kobold populations underneath?
