Help making npc

Hi i am planing out a quest for my party of lve 2's and I need a npc idea but here's what i got already.
A teifling ritual caster that requires the blood of drakelings (small drakes).

I need some quirks for the character, any ideas?:smallsmile:

He constantly speaks dramatically, and he always puts emphasis on the word drakelings whenever he says it, with a short pause immediately after he says the word.

This is a classic always a fun one to do he refers to himself in third person. It would also be funny if you can do this but also talking Old English.

Pretend he's a stereotypical vampire. Make everything about blood.

Perhaps he performs his ritual casting in a strange or silly way?

Maybe one of his horns is broken off and haphazardly reattached. It falls off whenever he gets excited talking about drakelings.

Maybe he cant stand up because he is currently incubating some drake eggs.

He wears a poor disguise attempting to look human, but seems confident he has everyone fooled. He is flirty toward player's animal companions and familiars. He acts as if he's met the PCs before. He thinks of himself as this great story teller, but he forgets important parts of the story, gets bits wrong and usually finishes with either a blatant lie or a "well, you had to be there".
