3.5e I need to find a support/triping build for a Crusader

Hello guys, I am going to play a LN(Nobody want me to be LE :( but I will still go to hell for my friends) Human(No tamplets) Crusader and I don't know how to build it(I ask in this forum before but I can't find the thread).

I have 28 point buy(I thing I will need con, str first, dex and cha second and wis+int last). there can't be an ability with more then 16 from the point buy(I can buy 16 str and +1 from leveling up but cant take 17 and add +1 to get 18).
I have 2 flaws.
I don't want to be a caster.
I will not get any magic items.
I will start at level 4.
I can use all 3.5e books.
I don't know how ToB work so go easy on my.



I will be the follower of the Spirit Shaman from my previous thread.
I am trying to use the information from this *3 links I found but I have hard time with understanding it.

The thread I am talking about isn't there. The dragonborn one is for game with a different group and have no place in the world I am searching a build for.
