do the illumian sigils work for psions or do they only work for spellcasters

do the illumian sigils work for psions or do they only work for spellcasters

They work for all characters, but the ones with spellcaster-specific benefits like CL boosts only work for spellcasters.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to let manifesters benefit from them too, though.
