Yes, although this does create complications with their Alternate Form ability.

Neither of those templates change the base animal's type, so they still remain valid Lycanthropic forms. However, Alternate Form can't be used to take the form of a creature with a template. As a result, a lycanthrope of this type would be unable to assume animal form. however, they would have an improved hybrid form that they still have access to.

This is for voluntary transformations using the Alternate Form ability. The character would still transform when they take combat damage or under the full moon, since those don't say "as if using your Alternate Form ability" or anything like that.

Magicbred I can see, it's an inherited template. Magicbred animals are born. But warbeast is a no. It's an acquired template, almost works like a class level. It's not a feature of a natural animal, it's the result of training.

What like part of some kind of horrible demeaning BBEG plot?

You sure about that?

Warbeast

The warbeast is a creature born and raised to serve as a rider's mount. Bred for exceptional strength, aggression, and surefootedness, these creatures are powerfully built, strong-willed, and openly belligerent.
Creating A Warbeast

"Warbeast" is a template that can be added to any Medium-size or larger animal, beast, or vermin (referred to hereafter as the base creature). A warbeast uses all the base creature's attributes and special abilities except as noted here.
It specifically says that they're born for it, bred for it, and it doesn't say "acquired" anywhere here. Even the 3.5 update didn't change that.

It says a domestic animal can become a warbeast with 2 months of training, and a wild animal can become a warbeast with 1 year of training. That's about as acquired as you can get.
