seriously itsays i get to add wisdomto my ggrappples.can i choke someone out in their is their a timelimit on how long it takes to chokesomeone into unconciousness is it a dm choice the rules were not clear.

There are no established rules on 'choking someone out'; though we can look to the few garrote using monsters for inspiration and see they reference the 'Suffocating' rules on page 183 of the PHB. A GM will have to adjudicate if a grapple can do that to begin with (by default it isn't given that ability)

lets you add wisdom to the suffocation but it does not say i had to look at it real fast but thanks.you helped alot

But I believe that...
Diamond Corset:
You may add your Wisdom modifier to your Constitution modifier for the purposes of suffocating.... refers to you resisting suffocation, not choking someone else.
