there is a large clearing in the middle of a forest about 1/2 a mile away from the town there is enough tent's set up for 100 soldier's and there is several
in each and several at guard any elf's and half-elf's are welcome, human's are treated with suspicion but still welcome any thing elsse will be attacked unless they can prove they are good

A Vomander crawls in, under a void cloak it would be invisible to most beings around here, it begins examining everything

The Vomander continues happily examining things, then walks off to go elsewhere
