In Psionics Augmented Soulknife II, Dreamscarred Press added alternate prerequisites for the Elocator prestige class so that Soulknives can access the class without having to dip into other classes. The altered requirements are as follows:

Remove the manifesting 1st level powers requirement. Add in the ability to generate a mind blade, mind blade enhancement +1, and the Ghost Step blade skill.

In the base Elocator prerequisites, it says:

To qualify to become an elocater, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Base Attack Bonus: +3.
Skills: Acrobatic 5 ranks.
Feats: Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack.
Psionics: Able to manifest 1st-level powers.
Special: A character with the Nomad’s Step ability does not need to meet the Spring Attack requirement.

It seems like Ghost Step is trying to be a replacement for the Nomad's Step alternate requirement, but RAW, with Ghost Step, it looks like you would still need the Spring Attack feat. Is Ghost Step supposed to replace Nomad's Step here, or should Spring Attack still be required?

I believe that the intent was that single classed non-Gifted Blade Soulknives could enter Elocator, but they would still have to take Spring Attack.

You may also want to look at Dimensional Agility and Dimensional Dervish; you would need to convince the GM to allow Ghost Step as an alternative prereq, but it is a perfect fit thematically. A generous DM might even allow Dimensional Agility to substitute for Spring Attack as a prereq for Elocator.

Edit: Oh hey, Ghost Step even references Dimensional Agility.
