Fighter with magic missile wand

Can a fighter use a wand of magic missile?
Or do you need to be a caster? Or do you need to be a caster that can cast that specific spells?

That wand does not have any requirement that the wielder be a caster or have that spell on their list. The Fighter can use it. Assuming he knows the command word or any other strings the item might have.

Had a monk who used a wand of magic missile to great effect when he needed a ranged option, it is nice item to give to somebody without ranged options
