So, i have two question:
1 Can you teel me what is the angelic creature that look like a middle size human with wing, that has the lowest chllenge rating? (no aasimar)

2 The quick entry with spell like ability for prestige class is legal?

As far as number 1 goes, I believe the lowest Angel that is medium and has wings is Balisse, at CR 8. Of any angelic-looking creatures, I don't know. Other, weaker angels are either the wrong size or lack wings.

Answer to #2 depends on who you ask. I say no, I believe the official stance is also no, but a GM might say yes.

The official answer to #2 is "only if the class requires that specific spell-like ability." (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9qow) So for example, if you were a member of a race that had Animate Dead as a spell-like ability, you could use that SLA to qualify for Agent of the Grave. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/agent-of-the-grave/) However, you could not use it to qualify for a PrC that simply said "able to cast 3rd-level spells" or "able to cast 4th-level spells"

Depending on how "Angelic" it actually needs to be, a low level Half-Celestial Strix character could be pretty low CR while still being able to be fluffed to look Angelic
