What CR is a Mythic Rank worth?

What it says on the tin. I have Bestiary 3 and several creatures have Mythic ranks. How does this increase their CR when the party doesnt have Mythic Ranks?

If memory (and http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/mythicAdventures/mythicGame.html) serves, its base CR + 1/2 of MR. So a CR 12 with 4 ranks would turn into a CR 14.

While the formula here is correct it's important to point out that the Challenge rating of mythic monsters is the same whether the party is mythic or not.

Mythic characters usually face things that are higher CR, but if they arn't mythic you don't actually have to adjust anything. A cr 30 Mythic monster is really a CR 25 Monster with 5 mythic ranks. It's just that a party of 20th level non mythic characters should never fight it, while a party of CR 20 players with 10 mythic ranks would find it challenging.

So don't adjust the creatures CR for the party not being mythic or the enemies will be far too weak.

All the creatures who have been statted with mythic ranks already have their CR's altered by their mythic ranks so changing them again would be rather redundant and misleading.

No one is suggesting that be done. Merely stated what the formula of creating a mythic monster's cr, thus the use of "base cr."
