help finding Prestige Class related to artifacts

I vaguely recall a wizards of the Coast archive link with the class I'm thinking of I'm pretty sure I found it while on the GITP forms and was wondering if somebody with better Google skills or the simply remembers what it's called could help me find it

Can you remember what the class had to do with artifacts? Like, was it a class that created them, used them, hunted for them?

if I remember correctly it's capstone had something to do with creating them

Edit: found it it's an epic destiny not a class I would link it but I made this account fairly recently because I lost the email tied to my old one
