To avoid summarizing a long story that involves me being embarrassingly stupid i was hoping that someone with the original Baldur's Gate installed would be willing to e-mail me with the "uninst.isu" file attached. (My e-mail is [email protected].)
The long embarrassing story is that late one night i decided to unstall BG1 (don't know why exactly) but for reasons i cannot recall simply deleted the Balidur's gate file on my hardrive. So now my laptop thinks that the game is installed, yet the files don't exist anymore (i emptied the recycle bin a few days after deleteing the folder). Actually, that story isn't so long...
