Class Skills: (6+int, x4 first level)
Appraise, Bluff,Craft, Diplomacy, Gather Information, knowledge, Listen, Perform, Profession, Search, Spot.

Main class features:

Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
A Legendary Cook is proficient with all simple weapons and light armor

Ingredients:
This is the number of ingredients the Legendary cook may use in his meals.

Cooking:Cooking DC
When cooking a meal it takes 1Hr to cook no matter the Dc or ingredients. Roasts have a base of 4DC, Stews a Base of 6Dc, Mixology a base of 8 Baking a Base of 12 and Frying a base of 16.
Adding an ingredient adds a +4DC per ingredient in addition that different types of creatures may provide a more difficult challenge to cook. For each different ingredient you add the creature types DC modifier to the cooking DC.
The effects of the cooked meal depend on ingredients used as well as how it was cooked. No two ingredients may be from the same creature source in the same meal. (Cannot use a wolf twice in the same meal but may use a wolf and a lion.)
For every 5pts their cooking skill check makes above the designated Dc, the meal does not spoil for an additional day.

Example1: Frank wants to make a stew from a wolf and dragon. The base Dc for stew is a 6. He is using two Ingredients so the Dc will be +8 making a 14 total. However using a dragon as an ingredient incurs +5dc so the total Dc needed to make is a 19. Frank rolls his craft cooking and makes a 24 total, successfully making the meal. Since the meal was 5 over the intended DC the meal does not spoil for 2 days.

Example2: Phil is deciding to make a Roast from two different dragons, and an Aberration. The base DC of a roast is a 4, but adding three ingredients will bring a +12 modifier to it, making it a 16 DC. The modifiers for the ingredients are then calculated. Since their are two different dragon ingredients we add the Dragon Dc modifier twice. Adding another +8 to the modifier. Then we add the Aberation ingredients modifier of a +1. Adding them all together. 16+10+1 makes the Dc to make the meal a total of 27. After rolling his cooking skill Phil rolls a 28. Successfully making the dish but having only one day before it spoils.

The Big Book of Recipes: A legendary Cook carries around a Large book which they hold all of their notes and understandings of cooking. Without this book the Legendary cook incurs a -10 to all cooking skill.

Monstrous Roast: Starting at level 1 the legendary cook has learned to create Roasts from the creatures he faces to make hearty meals whose very taste bolsters those who taste it. By taking meat and cooking it over a fire a Legendary cook may spend 1hr to create a Delicious roast for 1d4+wisdom modifier amount of people. Those who eat the meal gain the benefit of the ingredients used as a morale bonus for 24hrs or until they take a long rest.

Hearty Stew: Stew one of the Grandest of methods to the art of cooking. A good stew warms the heart, but a great stew makes it sing to the heavens. Starting at level 2 the Legendary cook has learned that with the use of a pot and water they may boil and create stew out of the creatures they find. Stew, unlike other foods can be stored safely in a jar to be eaten on the go. As long as the food has not spoiled, a standard action can be used to consume a portion of the stew and gain its effects. By spending a hour in creating the stew a legendary cook may make 1+wisdom modifier portions of stew.

Taste Testing:Starting at level 3 the tongue of a Legendary has become so refined in its ability to tell tastes apart from one another that by taking a small taste of a mixture (not enough to poison or harm) they may impart if something has been poisoned. By rolling a d20+Int mod+ Legendary cook level versus the poisons DC, they may learn if something has been poisoned. If their roll is 5 above the DC they may know what the poison is. If their roll is 10 or above the DC they may learn what ingredients were used and where they are found.

Explosive mixology: Mixology is a dangerous art, even for the legendary cook. By combining certain aspects of a creature, let it be the acids of their stomach, the juices of their eyes, or even the crushed remains of their bones. A Legendary cook can create a concoction of lethal food of dangerous proportions. Though this food is not to be consumed, it however is meant to be thrown within a sack at a target. Letting the contents within spillover their target in an epitome of lethal mixtures. Spending one hour to delicately create this mixture will produce a single use bag of the mixture, the effects being limited to whatever it was created from. The range is 30ft and is a ranged touch attack.

Seasoned. Traveler: Traveling brings many opportunities and experiences. It lets a cook experience others cooking as well as be able to discover and pick new herbs to add to their meals. As long as a Legendary cook continues to update and read his Big Book of Recipes then they gain a competence bonus to their Craft cooking equal to their level as a Legendary Cook.

Added Spice: At levels 7, 11, 15, and 19 a legendary cook may learn how to properly add a new different spice to their meals. Adding a spice and still having food taste good is tricky though, each spice adding a benefit to the meal as well as increasing the DC in order to make the meal. Spices are optional and do not need to be added to every meal.

List of Spices
Tumeric Root:This rare fruit can be added over any meat to add an empowering peppery taste. Adding this spice adds a +2 to the cooking dc per ingredient used. Using the spice adds the empowering metamagic effect to the meal as if it was a spell.

Rainbow Clove: These cloves found in a the wild have the unique ability to completely change flavors depending on how they are cooked. By adding a +1 to a meals cooking DC per ingredient the legendary cook may change the elemental damage type of the meal.

Holi Leaves: Soaking these leaves in either holy or unholy water and then adding them to a meal grants a divine flavor. By adding a +1dc per ingredient to a Legendary cooks cooking dc they may treat their meals as holy and half of any damage that the meal may give is divine damage.

Honey basil: This spice is known to never go bad or spoil, Imbuing it on food is a good way to spread its effects and make a legendary cooks food last longer. By adding a +1dc to the meal per ingredient used. When successful the meal's time before spoiling is doubled.

Mali Pepper: This pepper is filled with juices that explode with every bite in a magical flavor, preparing the pepper with your food is extremely hard to do properly. Adding this spices adds a +5DC per ingredient to the meals cooking DC By adding the spice all effects of the meal are considered under the maximize meta magic ability.

Natural Baking: Baking is a simple art of many facets. Everything must be accounted for, the grain of the meat. The coating of seasoning. The perfection and evenness of heat. All of these accumulating together to create a gloriously baked meal. In order to bake a meal the cook must have access to an Oven. A perfectly created baked good has the essence of the creatures used within it, empowering all the consume it. For every ingredient used within meal the legendary creature may choose an extraordinary ability or natural skill that the creature had. Gaining that ability or +10 to skill for 1d4+wisdom hours. However due to the absolute mastery needed to create such exquisite meals they may only use ingredients from creatures 1/2 their level in CR. Baking requires 1 hour to create the meal for 1+wisdom modifier people.

Expert Butcher: All things can become food and as such, all food can be tempered with the right cut. Starting at level 8 a Legendary cook may critical creatures that most would be unable to. Undead and even plants are now subject to criticals from an Expert Butcher. By taking a full round action to observe and talk to an adjacent ally, they may also impart this ability onto them or a single round.

Essence Frying: The Legendary cook has toiled and tried for long in order to gain the knowledge and capability to properly fry their foods, and after long hours of training they have learned how. By taking a Large pot and boiling the fat of a creature(not counting as the first ingredient) they have learned to extra even the most magical of capabilities out of their food. When Frying their food, they may extract a supernatural ability from the creature used as an ingredient, able to use that ability once. If taking the same ability from a different creature, this adds another use to the spell like ability. Due to the complexity of extracting the supernatural into food, they may only do this to creatures half their level in CR. Frying a food makes servings for 1+wisdom mod people.

Magical Taste Testing:A true Legendary Cook's tongue is so refined and trained that they can know the magical properties of a mixture purely based upon a small taste test. Like their Taste Testing ability, a legendary Cook may roll against 10+the dc of the magical potion in order to learn what magical properties it holds.

Sois Chef: A Legendary cook is a master of his art, but even the great must have help every once in a while. So as with every Great Cook that Shines bright, they have a shadow that accompanies them even through the most daunting of tasks, this is the Sois chef. The Sois Chef acts like a companion to the Legendary Cook and is there to help with the tasks of cooking, preparing, and if necessary fighting in order to help the Master Chef. If a Sois Chef ever dies a Legendary Chef is shamed and immediately loses 500 experience x level as they begin to doubt their abilities. A sois Chef can be any humanoid creature and has a number of HD and abilities dependent on the Legendary Cooks Level. A Sois Chef always has their base HD of a D8 and has a 3/4 BAB progression.

Feast:Their are times when a Legendary Cook must cook for more then just a small group, but perhaps for a large gathering. A feast can be made by working with their sois chef and making a cooking check equal to 2x the normal cooking DC of what they are going to cook. Legendary Tool: Molten Kiln

This combination allows all fried foods created within the Deep Fryer to allow the spell like abilities of all creatures equal to the legendary cooks level instead of half their level.

I like this class. It's fun.

I think you could consider pulling the legendary tools out and makinf them into items for the cook. In their absence, there are some compatible feats that can fill in: snatch trophy/and knowledge devotion being some of them.

You also have some dead levels 3,10,13,15,18,19.

Some possibilities:
Cooking check as a standard action to allow a companion rogue to get sneak attack damage against anything not undead or construct. Cooks know the best places to slice and disarticulate anything.

Cooking check to identify a potion by dipping a finger in and tasting it.

A dispel magic ingredient/debuff is a good idea.

I would bring the skill points down to 6 per level and create a feat called versatile craftsperson (based on versatile performer) and use that as a general feat.

How does the cook interact with magic summoned food?

Spicy food. Use it.

other feats: Extra ingredient feat. Maximized Cooking, practiced chef.

Skills should include survival and craft taxidermy. Maybe also profession gardener. See my survival guide and knowledge guides and search for extraordinary natural items. Consider also craft alchemy with a clause stating that a legendary cook counts as a 1st level spellcaster solely for qualifying for the skill.

You got ahead of me hehe. I only have so much time to do this on a day but I had already planned the tasting and the critical ability.

I dont know how to add spicy food beside propably what i am going to be doing within the spice ability i am adding(idea of what it is up top)

I do thank for the ideas for the feats. though i will most likely not use it, it has inspired the add spices ability. which i am hope to be like metamagic but with food not magic.
