I just recently went through all of Galavant on Netflix, and it is fantastic. I haven't heard anyone talking about this at all, but you really need to do yourself a favor and watch the whole thing.
My favorite moment is still this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLrpb8Z--fs&index=26&list=PLwH9-98SLavymyH3jwi_fPiCrgnJNRETz), summed up by the post title. "Weeee're off on a secret mission!" There are mild spoilers if you're concerned about that sort of thing, but it's not like the plot is hard to predict...
