Hello,

Below are my attempts at a couple of Bardic Colleges. Feedback is welcome. Thanks.

College of Enchantment
Tales of old tell of creatures of such beauty and splendor that they can cause a man or woman to do whatever they want. They can even stop the most powerful fighter in their tracks, and bewitch the most hardened of souls. These bards are masters from the College of Enchantment.

Enchanters thrive off making themselves more potent by use of spells. They go from normal beings to near supernatural in a matter of seconds. They also have an air about them, so much that other creatures around them are almost compelled to do what they want.

Bonus Proficiencies
At 3rd level when you select this college, you receive proficiency in the Persuasion and Perception skills. If you already have these skills, you gain Expertise in them instead.

Alluring
Also at 3rd level, you gain a cantrip from the school of enchantment of your choice from any spell list. In addition, you’re natural allure draws in targets of your enchantments.

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell against an opponent within 60 feet of you, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and adding the number rolled to the DC to resist the spell you just cast.

Enchantment Specialist
At 6th level, you gain a natural mastery of enchantments. You may select any two of the following Metamagic options (from the Sorcerer Class): Distant Spell, Extend Spell, Subtle Spell, or Twinned Spell. You can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to use one of the metamagic options you've selected.

Enchantment Mastery
At 14th level, whenever you use an enchantment spell with a casting time of an action, you can use it as a bonus action instead.

College of Music
Bards of the College of Music know a lot about entertaining, but they also possess a knowledge of forgotten songs that even other Bards can’t remember. These special songs give them a leg up when it comes to adventuring form place to place. These bards use music to devastating degree and can play a tune for pretty much an occasion.

Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Music at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill, if you already have that skill, you can use double your proficiency bonus when using the skill instead. In addition, you receive proficiency with two instruments of your choice.

Song of Hanging On
Also at 3rd level, you can perform an upbeat tune that gives off an aura of life and compels others to hold on. As an action, you can expend one of your Bardic Inspiration die to perform this song. For the next minute, all allies within 30 feet that are reduced to 0 hit points and not killed outright, automatically stabilize. In addition, during that minute, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die as a bonus action and heal all allies (including yourself) a number of hit points equal to your Bardic Inspiration die result.

Tune of Terrible Noise
At 6th level, you can perform a song so loud and annoying that it is hard to concentrate. You can use one of your Bardic Inspirations as an action to perform this song. For the next minute you force all characters within 30-ft that are attempting to cast a spell to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC, or be unable to conjure the concentration required to cast it. If a spell requiring concentration is in effect when you play this song, that caster must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC or lose concentration on the spell.

Song of Sight
At 14th level, you can spend a Bardic Inspiration point as an action to play Song of Sight. Whenever you are playing this song, you and all allies within 30-ft of you are affected as if by the true seeing spell for the next minute.

Perception seems like a weird fit for Enchantment. I'd go for Deception instead.

Also, the bardic inspiration is flat weaker than a lore bard. +DC on a single target spell is a slightly worse version of reducing their save roll, since you can't wait to see what they've rolled before deciding whether to use it. It also only applies to saves, rather than ability checks.

College of lore can't debuff saving throws though, can it? I thought it only hits ability checks, attack rolls or damage rolls and I remember reading somewhere that saving throws are considered their own type of check, and not an "ability check"...

This is true. An ability check is different from an attack roll, which is different from a saving throw. Since the Lore Bard determines an increase in ability checks (or skills basically) this is a way for the enchantment bard to increase their spell potency.
