Help me choose A Team work Feat for my Warlord-Bushi

so I just re-read The war leader ability (its seem i'd missed the part were if gives me a free Team work Feat)
Problem is I am not sure what one I and my party could Benefit from the most

The Members of my party is a Sorcerer, A Warlord(Vanguard) A warlord But she All most never plays and My warlord-Bushi

I'd like some idea on a few Team work feat that Aren't TO specialized such as Helping spell casting or But gives a Nice Boost to my allies
in some way

My Bushido I have Are Courage Honor and Respect (this nets my ally +6 (22 Cha)) when I use Aid another)

well I see The First one Being useful as I plan to Prestige in To Landsknecht and that has Bait the Dragon
