If you thought Scorpion, you thought right. I have a pretty generic chain user build that I'm looking to add a little flair to, and I thought a maneuver like that would be awesome. He has a drow scorpion chain that can grow up to 30 feet long and contract. He already uses it as a grappling hook. Would this be a bull rush attempt, or something rlse?

If you are eager to some rework/refluff (and your modified scorpion chain makes me think you are) the Grappling Vine plant graft from Magic of Eberron gives you an idea on how to make it work. More generally, the Scorpion's Grasp feat from Sandstorm is basically what you need. The feat should work only with one handed/light weapons, but since the Scorpion Chain is finessable, I don't think it terribly wrong to let it work.
