D&D v3.5 Gem Dragons and Expanded Psionics Handbook, Revised Stats

I have been thinking about the Gem Dragons and wondering if anyone has revised their stat blocks to incorporate the v3.5 changes to psionics. Now that there are no attack or defense modes, these dragons should have psi-like abilities.

They do have an update in the MM2 3.5 update booklet, which is a free download from WotC. But it doesn't address changing the default defense modes to psy-like abilities.

Thank you, I do have that and I did update MM2, FF, MotP, etc. It just seems like an oversight that WotC would provide psionic versions of monsters in XPH, but forget to do the gem dragons.

Does anyone have a link to an unofficial update?
