If you have a race that give you spells like the drow and tiefling. Can you use magic Dabbler to cast them over untell you run out of pp?

you mean the wu jen thing?

based on previous answers, i would say the wu jen counts as a wizard for casting spells, so you could do it provided a wizard could use wizard spell slots to power racial spells (which i *think* they can, so... tentatively yes, unless some race specifically says they cast as a cleric or something).

however, i don't think it would work for magic initiate other than wizard, based on previous dev statements that you can only use magic initiate spells in class-based slots if your magic initiate feat matches one of your class levels.
