Just as the title says, what sorcerer archetype (all UAs included) makes the best party buffer? Any archetype can cast twinned haste/improved invisibility, but is there an archetype that does better than others for tossing out party buffs?

Well... the obvious answer is that Favored Soul offers access to the cleric spell list and thus expands your potential 'buffs'

Other than that... not really. Stone can give some defenses to help keep the buffs up longer, Wild Mage gives you advantage in concentration checks for similar gain (but probably not worth the loss of reliability). Flight is nice to keep you out of trouble as well.

In the end, 'buffing' takes a round or two at best, you need to figure out what else to do with your time

The Favoured Soul can pick spells from the Cleric list, which would let you pick up buffs like Bless.

The Stone Sorcerer's Aegis ability is a decent non-concentration buff. It's probably not worth it if you don't want to play a melee Sorcerer though.

Wild Magic Sorceror also has Bend Luck, which acts as a mini bardic inspiration, since it can give a 1d4 penalty or benefit as a reaction

Twinned Haste in my experience has only helped with a party with a ranged fighter and a monk. imo if you dont have those just go bard and have a better full game experience then worrying about spell slots all the time.... though im abit biased on sorcs

It's one of the few abilities in the game that can penalize a saving throw and with a reaction no less. Portent is obviously better but not as frequently usable.
