Preferably with a minimum of overt spoilers, at least without some spoiler tags.
I'm currently playing in a game, I believe we're at the beginning of Book 2. We're currently considering whether we're going to use the Evil Organization rules or if we're going to use standard Leadership or Vile Leadership and crib some of the ideas for organization actions to ad-hoc sending off some followers to do that sort of thing.
So input from those who have used the subsystem would be good to have. Of course, the rationale of those who have looked into the subsystem and decided to forego using it would also be of potential interest.
