EDIT: I guess the person who has made a template for half-page NPC cards is me!
Here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bka04BDEZO-1WTLk9yMqWjYTl__ECR7ULP6qOvOcl9M/edit?usp=sharing) is the Google Docs link. I couldn't perfectly emulate the font types used by WotC for their official materials because they are paid fonts, and I couldn't figure out how to do small caps in Google Docs, so the SMALLCAPS fonts you see are just two different font sizes. Otherwise, this should be a usable template for creating NPCs at two-a-page!

So I was looking through Storm King's Thunder today, and I noticed, for the first time, the NPC Cards featured on Appendix D. It features 18 NPCs, as half-page blocks, all arranged together in the back. The NPC blocks can be found here (http://media.wizards.com/2016/dnd/downloads/SKT_AppD.pdf), for reference (I don't think this link spoils much, but if you haven't played Storm King's Thunder yet and wish to, feel free to skip). These blocks are excellent for an at-a-glance read at friendly NPCs—exactly the kind of thing I'd want to use en masse for building a larger world.
This led me to two questions:
1) Has WotC, or anyone else, produced similar NPC cards for other published campaign settings? I could see it working for a couple of the other settings, for example:
Out of the Abyss:
NPC cards could be used as reference cards for the prisoners who escape with you at the beginning of the campaign.
Curse of Strahd:
NPC cards could be used for the potential allies who may join you as per Madam Eva's reading
2) Has anyone released a template for making your own half-page NPC cards? That layout and format would be great for setting up significant NPCs for a given town, so you could have a few pages of NPCs arranged in a single document, with their personality, motivations and flaws lined up pretty well... But, I'm not at all good at making these templates. Anyone know of any out there for this?
