help finding specific psionic prestige class

I remember this class was one of the mind's eye articles and it was 3.0 psionics. the names for the class's features were named after the sanskrit chakras (not the magic of incarnum chakras, this class predated that)

it wasn't the one from hyperconscious, it was official material.

I checked the mind's eye archive and it wasn't listed there.

does anyone know which class this was?
