I have A Npc Named Elmenhilde Karnstein who is dhampir. She's A Noble and will be part of my players guild. But i'm not sure what class she should be. I know I want her to be Level 6 and to focus on Cha

I just can't think of what class I want het to Be

If you're open to NPC classes, Aristocrat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/npc-classes/aristocrat/), maybe? Otherwise, we're going to need more information on what exactly you want this NPC to do, what this guild does, etc. A cha-based dhampir noblewoman could be anything from a magic-slinging sorcerer to a suave rogue to a murderous bloodrager. (Okay, probably not the last one, but it's still a cha-based class.)

I like the idea of Rogue - Any Archetype that could fit well.
The guild is a government funded Adventuring Guild.

well she should have some fighting ability I want her to prefer to talk her way out a unnecessary fight
